The first China Service Trading Conference, namely the Foundation Conference of China Service Trading, was held in Shanghai from November 26th to 27th in 2007. Mr. Lijian, a member of  the CCTV Party Branch and President of China TV Media Co., Ltd.,
attended the meeting.
The List of Leading Export Enterprises of the National Culture in Year 2007-2008 and the List of Leading Export Projects of the 
National Culture in Year 2007-2008, jointly stipulated by Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Culture of the People’s Republic of

China, State Administration of Radio Film and Television and General Administration of Press and Publication, were released at the
conference in order to encourage the Chinese cultural enterprises and products to enter the world market. Among them, The Rise of
The Great Nations, an investment of China Television Media Co., Ltd. and jointly shot by the CCTV News Center, was nominated as
one of the Leading Export Projects of the National Culture in Year 2007-2008. Crystal Film & Animation helped create the digital
production for this documentary.
